Banner

Important messages/alerts appear on a yellow background. The banner can be added, deleted or edited as needed by authorized members from the administration page.

Messages

Displays general messages to all members, to be read at login. Message can be changed as needed by authorized members from the administration page.

Calendar

Interactive calendar displays training, fire house events etc… and can be added to by authorized members from the administration page.

Recent Responses

Automatically updated in real time, the five most recent responses of your station will appear on your home page.

Responses (Detailed)

All calls and responses are shown here. Automatically updated with the most recent response first, this page displays all call information.

Statistics

With a simple click numerous stats are displayed. Statistical information about responses, members, apparatus and call details can be accessed.

Apparatus Problem Reports

Reports are filled in online and automatically emailed to necessary personal (engineers/officers) when submitted. Authorized personal can sign off on completed work.

Building Problem Reports

Reports are filled in online and automatically emailed to necessary personal when submitted. Authorized personal can sign off on completed work.

Documents

Convenient and organized location to store all documents related to training or general administration of the fire house (i.e. PowerPoint for blood bourne pathogens or hazmat courses; word files for other internal documents etc…).

Member Rolodex

Member information such as mailing address, email and phone number.

Group Email

Email link with option to select all members or some sub-group of station members (board of directors, probationary members etc…).

In-House Training

Past training can be added and/or viewed. Information displayed includes course description, number of hours, trainer and members present at course.

Certifications

Member certifications (MFRI, FEMA etc) can be added to individual member profiles. Option for officer review and validation of information.

Electronic Pass On Book

Electronic pass on book to report on day-to-day operations (with optional email sent to the company).

Shift Scheduling

Shift schedule information displayed and updated here. (Coming!)

Member Equipment Tracking

Track equipment assigned to each member (e.g., face pieces, pagers, boots, bunker pants, coats, hand lights etc)

Meetings
